Dear
PETCO,
I
recently wrote you a letter regarding my unsatisfactory experience with
a plastic bone. I appreciate your helpful, customer-oriented insight and
have decided to keep the bone. My dog hates it, but it keeps me from
chewing my nails.

Anyway, there is something that bothers me that I feel I must share with
you. Your logo… it is quite ambiguous. I was first impressed by the
ingenious contours by which the dog and cat fit together. As they
snuggle, they represent unity among the animal community as well as show
amazing similarities in bone structure, almost like puzzle pieces. Look,
I say! The dog’s cheek conforms precisely to the cat’s neck. And his
droopy ear forms those of the cat. But how true is this? Ask yourself. I
took these two pals apart in an undisclosed Adobe photo-editing program
to reveal a shocking truth! The dog is cuddling with a freakish
sea-otter monkey sort of thing!

Alas,
the dog’s ear created the illusion of cat ears! You can plainly see that
it is not a cat at all. It has no ears. (Note the dog’s surprise when he
learns that his best friend is some sort of otter.)
My
question for you is: what is this creature? Is it an otter or a monkey?
If so, do you sell otter/monkey food at your store? It would be a bit
misleading if you didn’t. What do you feed an otter? How about a monkey?
And do they need sunlight to grow? Thank you, and I look forward to
another helpful response.
Sincerely,

Kevin
