Dear GSK,
Your Aquafresh shampoo is horrible. It doesn’t even lather like normal shampoos. And who puts shampoo in a squeeze tube. Seriously.
After I used it in my hair I had to apply a different shampoo four or five times to get the Aquafresh out. This should not happen! Shampoo is designed to wash right out of your hair, right? I am not using Aquafresh shampoo anymore.
Please tell me what is wrong with your shampoo. Thank you.

I learned a shocking truth about this
letter: GlaxoSmithKline has me on file, and I'm sure tons of other
companies do too. The return address on both the original letter and its
envelope was my new address, while the address on the response
(obviously not shown) is my old one. |
