Dear Enterprise,
I rented a sapphire-blue Kia Rio from your rental establishment from 2 February 2007 to 16 February 2007.
During the time I rented this car, I removed snow and/or ice from it eleven times. Now that the car has been returned to you, I am left with a slightly less effective ice scraper. The following financial data applies to the date range of 2 February 2007 through 16 February 2007.
There are visible scratch marks on my ice scraper, directly resulting from the removal of snow and/or ice from the Kia Rio. Since the car is the express property of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the ice scraper’s accumulated depreciation is a business expense for which you are responsible. I used my own personal property (said ice scraper) to carry out said business expense, and I wish to be reimbursed for the $0.03 I am owed.
