Procter & Gamble October 15, 2007 Dear Procter & Gamble, I am under the impression that you manufacture something called Perth Plus shampoo. A friend told me about it: supposedly, she said, it’s a shampoo specifically for Australians. As I originally hail from Australia, I thought this product would be conducive to my hair’s natural luster and patina. But I can’t find it in any stores. I heard Crocodile Dundee is on the front of the bottle. I would sure hope so, since he epitomizes our people. In fact, I wore my shark-tooth hat to every store I searched this past month. Is it possible that you only make Perth Plus in Australia? If that’s the case—and I’m hoping I’m wrong here—what would it take to get myself a bushel of the stuff? (We measure everything in bushels Down Under.) I don’t care about postage, the size of my package, &c. I just want this shampoo. My Australian hair is crying out. “Where is my Perth Plus!” it yells, just preceding “Let’s put some shrimp on the Barbie!”
